Vanuatu Tennis Federation will resume its 40th Independence tournament this Saturday following its postponement from last week due to unfavourable weather condition.

The sport have been getting new inclusion every week which saw some exciting tennis actions on the first round of competition from few new young players.

One of the new players to the competition Daniel Siba shared his experience.

“I always want to play tennis and when i played the sport, it’s so exciting, playing and winning my first tennis game was good.

“I feel happy playing and winning,” Siba said.

The year 6 student of Vila North Primary School looks forward to more exciting tennis actions.

“I’m looking forward to my next game and excited to win,” he added.
