Pacific Sporting Partnership(PSP) Vanuatu netball provided healthy living programme to communities and churches.

NetGO Country Coordinator Virginia Taravaki said; “this is a healthy awareness in our PSP Vanuatu program that a local community church reached out to us asking if we could deliver a healthy topic.

”So we put together a piece from our resources gathered from the Oceania foundation workbook and Heart Foundations.

”Talking about a healthy plate, the importance of what we eat,” Taravaki said.

Healthy Living applies to individuals, it is the practice of health enhancing behaviours, or put simply, living in healthy ways. It implies the physical, mental and spiritual capacity to make healthy choices.
