Director General of Trade, Tourism, Commerce, Industry and ni-Vanuatu Business Roy Mickey Joy, has called on the athletes going to compete in Samoa Games to come back with Gold.

The DG made the remarks when he made a “modest” cash donation to the Director General of Youth and Sports, Henry Vira and Sports Ambassador, Sacha Duthu, on behalf of the Ministry.

In his response the DG for Youth and Sports Henry Vira thanked the DG of the Ministry for the generosity of making a financial donation towards Judo and Basketball disciplines.

Sports Ambassador Duthu also thanked the DG for recognising the financial needs of the sports men and women attending the games. He said the donation would be put to good use.
