Now the government’s failure to pursue an alternative future-oriented energy policy is taking its toll.

It has long been overdue to regulate by law that solar energy can be fed into the supply network, be it from private or commercial producers.

Burning oil for power generation and thereby further stimulating global warming — and that from an island nation that is particularly badly affected by rising sea levels is simply irresponsible and bad politics!
