Dear Editor,

I have just finished a day training with ProMedical on basic first aid. As a trainer it is unusual for me to be on the receiving end! It was a really good day and extremely well facilitated by two Ni Vanuatu women paramedics. They ran a long day with a group of 16 people really well, they were confident and knowledgeable, worked well together, good presenters and engaged with us as trainees. We were provided with a very useful handbook covering all the topics.

I would encourage all businesses to equip their managers and staff with these skills. Well done ProMedical – thank you all and long may you continue your good work.

Cheers,

Chris
