Dear Editor,

Start trusting yourself over others is the first and most important advice an elderly in the community will give to their junior members. In other words, how can others trust us if we ourselves do not? In the past 40 years, we have built our technical and human resource capacity and it is time that we trust our own no matter the actions and consequences. Additionally, we will never learn if we do not take the risks on ourselves.
