Dear Editor,

I refer to Anonymous wicked thoughts in the Daily Post issue Monday 29th August 2016 Letters to the Editor column.

VNCW does not blame anyone but calls on all tourists to be mindful of their actions at all times.

Vanuatu is and will always be a real paradise. The Vanuatu Tourism office has and continues to promote Vanuatu with the assistance of local tourist businesses and they are doing tremendous work.

The Vanuatu National Council of Women (VNCW) supports and congratulates all tourism activities in Vanuatu big and small.

If you don’t want to visit Vanuatu that is your democratic right but the Vanuatu National Council of Women (VNCW) will continue to advocate for the safety and wellbeing of all girls and women including tourists visiting Vanuatu.

Finally, Prevention is 100% better than cure! End of story.

VNCW Executive Director
