Daily Post experiencing paper shortage

Daily Post is currently facing a shortage in its newsprint- the paper that is used to print the newspaper.

The Management of the newspaper company explained the shortage is due to a delay in shipment.

The reel sheets were supposed to be transported from Fiji to Vanuatu but this did not take place on time.

As a result, the number of print runs have been reduced and Santo customers are currently not receiving copies of newspaper.

Daily Post is not only the only existing newspaper company in Vanuatu, but it also produces newspaper from Tuesday until Saturday.

Daily Post Management assures readers and customers that everyone could still get updated and trustworthy news at their fingertips.

Readers are urged to go the Daily Post website — www.dailypost.vu — and subscribe to get all the news on a daily basis, without paying any fee.

The company is expecting to receive the reel sheets by next week and print runs are expected to resume as normal.
