The sound system was organized by the well-known Benson Nakou, who has done the sound engineering for Fest Napuan, Zion fest as well as other festivals. Two big screens were also placed either side of the stage which allowed to whole crowed to have a perfect view of the performance.

Deputy Principal (Administration), Nickrison Karu acknowledged Luganville MP Matai Seremaiah, Efate Rural MP John Mark Ruben, Central School Alumni and Director of the Livestock Department, Lonny Bong as sponsors of the event. He also acknowledged Vanuatu Cricket Association for the wonderful lighting which allowed people to leave their vehicles on the field and the police for helping to keep security in the school compound on both nights.
