Dear Editor,

What is happening with Digicel and TVL. Constant drop outs between the two carriers and poor call connections are becoming a real pain. What is the problem? We should not have to put up with these persistant drop outs. Is one carrier disconecting the other or there a problem with infrastructure? We shouldn’t have to make numerous calls to have a conversation or make a number of calls to a number just to get through. These non connection drop outs and in call drop outs are unacceptable. When can we expect to hold a conversation for more than a minute without the line becoming dead?
