Dear Editor,

It is with pride and excitement that I observe the preparations in the countdown to the above-mentioned historical event.

The National Agriculture Festival is scheduled for the 16th to 20th of July, 2018 in Luganville. No doubt it will be a rich showcase of Vanuatu’s best local products, celebrated under the theme “Vanuatu Crop, Yumi Go Local”.

I can only imagine what it would be like, already I have an idea as photos of farmers making their way to Luganville with their products are starting to emerge on social media.

I understand farmers from TORBA were the first to arrive in Santo yesterday.

Yufala I taf tumas, “Yumi go local!” “Yumi Go!”
