The Third Court of Appeal Session is scheduled to commence today and will run for a period of two weeks.
A total of 33 cases have been listed to be heard before the Appeal Court.
Cases listed in the Third Court of Appeal include Ronald Vuduy v. PP. Vuduy was convicted on one count of International Assault causing the death of late Mariki Robson on June 24, 2017.
Vuduy was initially charged with one count of Intentional Homicide, contrary to section 106 (1) (a) of the Penal Code and to an alternative charge of Intentional Assault causing death contrary under section 107 (d) of the Act. He was acquitted of the second charge.
Marcellino Pipite & Ors v. PP and Paul Telukluk & Ors are also listed for this session.
Two others who were guilty of money laundering have also appealed their sentence.
