The Supreme Court has struck out the Civil Appeal No.06 of 2016 filed by Respondent, Dan Bob and officially declared Chief Charley Mala Valealiu 5 as the Paramount Chief of Lausake Village in Emau in May this year.
The Chiefly Title Valealiu 5 has been confirmed by declaration of Efate Island Court from 2009 but was appealed against by Dan Bob from 2009 to 2010 in the Magistrate Court.

Chief Charley Mala Valealiu is the fifth in line as the Paramount Chief of Lausake Village and he is the sole proprietor of custom and holder of the Chiefly Title.
Chief Valealiu 5 has four Fareas under his chiefly jurisdiction in Lausake village.
