Tropical Cyclone Oma has forced Air Vanuatu to suspend its domestic services.

“All domestic flights to and from the northern provinces are suspended until further notice, effective as of Wednesday, February 13, 2019,” Air Vanuatu advised yesterday.

All twin-otter and islander service operations to and from the southern provinces are also suspended until further notice.

However, ATR services to and from Tanna and Noumea today, February 14 will operate per schedule as well as international services to and from Auckland.

Passengers are encouraged to contact Air Vanuatu Reservations to reconfirm flights at least 24 hours prior to departures.

For alternative flight arrangements, passengers are encouraged to contact the airline’s support team – flt.support@airvanuatu.vu or call 20200 ext.835/832.
