Part-time Marketing and Office Accounts Manager Vanuatu Jungle Zipline is Vanuatu’s Premier Rainforest and Scenic experience using the world’s leading advanced Zipline technology to glide through the rainforest from tree to tree. This role will be based at our Zipline office in town and primarily consists of a marketing role combined with an office management role to ensure smooth operations of the Zipline while the owners are overseas. You will be required to oversee the accounts, manage bookings, banking and reconciliation, guest relations, human resources and marketing. You will coordinate and work with our Operations Manager to manage three offices and 15 staff members. Requirements and Experience Sought: * Experience using Xero online accounting program or general accounting * Experience running a small business or tourism venture * Marketing experience as this will be a large part of your role * Residency Permit * Must have experienced or willing to do the Zipline * Must be fluent in writing and speaking English, additional languages a benefit. * Calm demeanor as this role will require someone who can schedule and organize a dynamic and fluid tour experience and last minute scheduling. * Computer literate essential but experience with channel, reservations and website management a bonus. * Drivers license There is some flexibility in hours with this position. Anticipate about 20-25 hours per week. Australian school holidays are our peak times and you may need to work more hours during these periods while less when its quiet.
