Personal Banking Manager

The Personal Banking Manager is responsible for the portfolio management of personal lending.
The Personal Banking Manager is primarily required to assist the Head of Business Banking with
overall efficient lending sales in the Retail Banking Unit.
The individual must possess the following skills & experience:
Degree with major in accounting from a recognised tertiary institution
3 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance industry
• 	Excellent knowledge of the full suite of retail and business products and services but
with particular expertise in products and services that meet SME customer needs.
Understanding of balance sheet, customer base measures and business credit
Ability to think critically and effectively translate strategy into tactical plans
Proven track record in delivering on small business customer needs
Strong customer focus
Strong communication, presentation and networking skills

Manager Operations

The Manager Operations is responsible for the overall management of the operations of the
business. This includes operational risk management in areas of systems and business continuity,
in developing and maintaining a high level of risk awareness disaster preparedness and physical
security consciousness within business units.
The individual must possess the following skills & experience:
•	+5 years experience in the banking industry with broad exposure to various areas of
banking operations
Knowledge of banking practices and operational risk management
At least 2 years’ experience in people management
International business experience
Ability to solve problems
Flexible attitude
Task orientation
•	An excellent understanding of technology and how it can be used to streamline processes
and procedures
Proven Project Management skills
A strategic approach to thinking
