Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a high-achieving customer
service role model, with the skills and personal
qualities to build an effective and happy
customer service team, develop our operating
procedures, and manage day to day logistics
efficiently even when the pressure is on.
• Experienced in customer service, managing
people, and the tourism industry.
• Familiar with online reservations systems and
customer review sites like Trip Advisor.
• Well organised, accurate, and very good at
seeing tasks through to completion.
• Fluent in English and Bislama. Some ability
in French and/or Mandarin an advantage.
• Has a current driver’s license and clean
driving record.
• Eligible to live and work in Vanuatu.
The position is full time and involves working
some nights, weekends and public holidays.
