Human Resources & Travel Officer
Two-year Fixed-Term Contract
Salary range VUV 2,214,965 to VUV 2,690,711 per annum.
The Australian High Commission, Port Vila is looking for a Human Resources & Travel Officer to
join our team.
About the Position
The Human Resources and Travel Officer will support the work of the Human Resources and
Executive Support Unit.
Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrated experience in administration and human resources support, including
routine processing to assist in the delivery of human resources services.
2. Ability to manage the processing of official travel in accordance with Australian High
Commission policies, including bookings, acquittals and records management.
3. Proficient in the use of computers, particularly using Microsoft Office applications.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively
with service providers.
Essential Criteria
Experience in an administration and /or human resources related role.
High-level written and spoken English and Bislama.

Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
