ABM VACANCY NOTICE
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts,
receivable, and project accounting; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
• Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable
functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of
financial statements.
• Enters status change information into project accounting software to ensure employee information is
accurate and up to date.
• Provides accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff; responds to financial questions/
concerns to meet business needs.
• Perform and review payables reconciliation within the stipulated timeline and timely follow-up on the
reconciling items for resolution.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of accounting experience
• One or more years of leadership experience included
• Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
• Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good presentation skills for educating internal staffs on accounting principles
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Fluent in written and spoken English (French would be an advantage).

ACCOUNTS OFFICER:
• Must have at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in this field
• Good Knowledge of any computerized accounting systems
• Excellent accounting Skills
• Excellent computer skills in excel, word and other software would be an advantage
• Able to work under supervision
• Able to work according to schedule and meet deadlines
• Ability to prepare financial reports on monthly basis
• Fluent in English and French
• Able to work under pressure
• Honest & reliable
• Able to work as part of a team

REFFRIGERATON & AIR CONDITION TECHNICIAN:
• 2 – 3 years of experience.
• Able to do servicing of Refrigeration & Air Condition.
• Proficient to do installation of the equipment.
• Be able to attend any breakdown.
• Speak English & French is optional.
• Able to work overtime.
• Able to work as team.
• A valid driver’s license is preferable.
• Honest and reliable.
